Static electricity and mobo

I just got my mobo in the mail. It is the MSI B85-E45. Is it safe to take it out of the static bag to look at it then put it back in the static bag and the box? or what way should I put the mobo back in the box. Im a newbie at parts and stuff

Touch the metal on your stove first to grind yourself, can try to handle the mobo by the edges as much as possible. But yeah it's fine.

Yeah, just ground youself before you handle it in case you mess it up. Occasionally touch a piece of unfinished/unpainted piece of metal like a radiator.
