You don't give very much information on what you already did, but try disabling DHCP on Router1

What model wireless routers do you have? Do you have Network 2 connected to Network 1 using LAN ports or is one WAN and the other LAN?

the connection between the two routers is a cable.

so i need to put a static routes between the router and disable the DHCP and NAT on the second router?

Yes, otherwise you run into double NAT scenarios which are just a huge cluster.

You need to disable it on Router 2, not Router 1 since that's the one that connects to the internet and does the NAT.

yeah i mean on my router 2 i cant disable it.

Yah, I just did some digging and even according to Dlink's support you can't disable NAT on that model which is stupid but it was an old post so not sure if it's updated since then. So it looks like you'll either need to get a different router or flash it with firmware like DDWRT or something else which will hopefully give you control and allow you to disable it.
