I think it depends on the type of liquid and the tubing. But upon research it would seem 50c is the ceiling you should stay under.

depends on ambient air temperature, thermal performance of the loop, and fan performance.

coolant temperatures can range from 5-8° (normal) above ambient to frying chicken hot. under 50° to keep device blocks (acetal and acrylics) from deforming.

I'm not sure if 50celsius would cause acrylic to deform, I used to bend and mold acrylic 1/4 to 1/2 inch sheets, it needed extreme temp to deform it, had to be put in a really hot giant oven, and sometime used a 1000w heat gun

Really?, that's only 122f, it gets that hot here in the summer, I can see that, I was just thinking of the acrylic
