OCZ RMA Procedures?

Has anyone ever had an experience with OCZ RMA department?   My RMA status is strage how I live in Ontario Canada, sent it Markham Ontario, and now on the RMA tracking page it says that it was replaced a week ago and gave me a USPS tracking number which I cannot track?  

 

 

Why the heck would it even use USPS to send from Markham to Toronto?

Already did. No response. Tried calling them several times, all I got was leave a message... Even left a message and no reply.
