For the record... that CPU of yours will bottleneck whatever graphic card that can run AAA titles at high settings to be unable to run AAA titles at high settings, so your effort should focus on upgrading CPU first. At least an i5 gen 4 or xeon would be good.

As for GPU, as far as "decent budget" goes you can go with either a AMD R9 390, or a GTX 970/980 secondhand since their price will be dropping soon due to GTX 1070 and 1080 coming out.

My rig: Intel Core i7 4790k | MSI Z97 PC Mate | GSKILL Ripjaws X 16GB 1866MHz | ADATA Premier SP550 480GB SSD | Seagate Barracuda 3TB | Seagate Barracuda 2TB  | MSI Gaming X GTX 1070 | Thermaltake Versa N21 | Corsair CX550M Semi Modular PSU | AOC G2460PF 144Hz | Logitech G502 | GSKILL Ripjaws KM780  | GAMDIAS HEPHAESTUS V2  PCPartPicker | Old Build Log | New Build Log

I would add 8GB of the same ram and an 120GB ssd, then overlock that 8320 and then get a 970 or a 390/390X as the gpu. If you only want to replace the gpu i suggest a nvidia 960 4GB / amd 380, both with atleast 4GB.
