Help with laptop

Hi there, my friend's laptop has been crashing randomly every hour. I shut it down via ALT+ F4 and ever since it's been crashing. He's only tested it on Warframe, which he has only played since I turned it off so we do not know whether it is Warframe or the laptop. His laptop is a Lenovo g5o5s
