GPU (ASUS GTX 670 DirectCU II) (Gtx 780 Ti Nvidia)

Hey, I am planning on buying a graphics card for building a gaming PC, I am trying to keep my budget low so I am trying to buy used. I am wonder what you views are on buying a used ASUS GTX 670 DirectCU II for $250 or Gtx 780 Ti Nvidia for $260. If you have any other suggestions for GPUs in this budget that would great.

Can you find a 970 or 390 for less than the 780 ti? If not, get the 780 ti
