is my gpu dying?

Today when watching youtube all videos are like this

both firefox and chrome have this, idk why.

i had the same kind of glitching in dark souls 3 a while back but it stopped and now this happens

i have a vapor-x R9 280X the temps are fine, no overclock on the card.

It's possible, did you reinstall drivers? And also check the temperatures and clock when this happens in MSI afterburner.

What is your PSU. Sometimes a bad quality power supply can cause this or a PSU with not enough wattage to support the other hardware.

Is this happening only if you are watching Youtube videos?(if yes then maybe its a driver issue),If not then maybe a memory chip burned.
