HyperX Cloud II USB Box

Hey yesterday my hyperxcloud II box stopped working when it connected to my front usb panel so I restarted computer and nothing. Semi fixed by moving it to back panel. Me being the idiot I am thought it wasnt good enough. I decided to do what i've done before for faulty headsets and uninstall and reinstall them. I uninstalled it and then boom. Now no matter where I put it on the computer it wont recognize the box. The headset still works fine if i plug it into audio jack but i cant use all the benefits of the box, and there is no driver software (to my knowledge) because it is supposedly driverless. Any ideas? On windows 10 btw
