Which Haswell i5?

My Motherboard: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA7RD3GG5109

 

I'm looking on upgrading to an i5 but I'm not sure which one to get. The i5 4460 has one of the lowest clockspeed of the haswell i5's but will that lower clockspeed hurt me in some games? The i5 4590 is only $10 dollars more but is it worth it?

Get the 4590. It's only 10 dollars more.
