Need help fixing Realtek install error!

Uninstall previous driver from devicemanager, reboot and disable internet so it won't reload then try the new driver.

Well fuck I did that, didn't work now it wont even reload the normal driver so I have no sound.. great.

EDIT: did a system restore and have sound again.
