The "Cooler" CPU Cooler

Memorizer

Which CPU cooler performs better and looks cooler? I planned to buy a CM Hyper 212 EVO but I saw people prefer the Cryorig H7. I am also wanting a quiet CPU Cooler. I hope you guys help me with this. Thanks!

I have a budget of about $1000, and I prefer air cooling than water-cooled.

Cheaper but not as good looking: CM Hyper 212 EVO

Nice looking but not as cheap: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3

If it comes down to looks and performance, then I would choose the be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3.

I don't think I would put that much of a budget on a CPU Cooler.

unless you can get the 212 for cheap (~$25), then the cryorig h7 is your best choice. its better looking, universal ram compatibility, and slightly better performance
