Repair or replace headphones

My pair of california silverado headphones is not working on one side. I opened them up and since I know nothing about headphones I had no idea whatI was looking at, however one of the cables seemed a little bit frayed. Is it cheaper to pay someone to fix it or to get a diferent set of headphones. (considering sentey warp)

go ask for a quote to fix it.

 

then compare the price of a new one and a repair.
