I am building an i7 6700k build with a single Gigabyte 980ti G1. At the bottom of my post I have the pc part picker link to my build so you can check it out before reading on. Anyways, I am going for a white and black asthetic to tie in with the H440 white edition, thus I am installing a white themed motherboard. As of now I have the z170 A motherboard from Asus chosen as my motherboard. A I am only putting in the single GPUfor now, but in the future I may sli another 980ti in tandem. My question is, is the Z170 A from Asus a proper choice for this build, and if not, please provide a recommendation for a different board. If you need more information, feel free to ask me. Thanks you all.

The Z170-A is a good board, you can buy it. It also supports SLI, so no problem there either.

Please quote me in any answers to my posts, so that I can read them easily and don´t forget about them. Thanks!

I love spending my time with PC tinkering, networking and server-stuff.
