Chrome, task manager problems....

my google chrome isnt opening, my task manager is taking longer to open up, microsoft edge and windows store icon isnt there and they take quite long to load up in the task bar. Also when i minimise microsoft edge i cant open it again. finally i cant open the start menu i can only right click it. please help.

Have you tried turning it on and off again?
 

2.

I believe a full reinstall of windows would be best here if that doesnt work since there is so much wrong with your windows install
