Nvidia surround not working

I got two displayport to vga so I can run a 3 monitor setup using two monitors lying around but they cant run 1080p only 720p and my main monitor can run 1080p so I wanted to run the main one 720p to make sure everything works before forcing those two to run 1080p by custom resolution. 

So everything works fine when I fired up the PC, changed all of the monitors res to 720p just to test (note those two monitors are different form the main one bit they're the same) I'm running the main one from HDMI and the others from display port to vga adapters. The control panel recognized my main monitor HD to so I had to change it but everytime I try to configure the surround whis is 3*1 everything goes black but only the main monitor works.

Idk why that happened maybe it's the polarity sync different from the others and if it is how can I change it?
