Low profile adapter compatability ?

RNGesusHatesMe
Go to solution Solved by Moonzy,

an LNA is just an extension with a resistor in between, any LNA will do, not necessarily noctua ones

but the best thing you can do is just software control them using PWM

hey just wondering if the Noctua NF-F12 Industrial PPC 120mm 3000RPM PWM Fan is compatable with a low noise fan adapter (i know some arent)

i got mine today and its great not too loud but could be louder (dropped my comps temps < 6 degrees celcius (also upgraded the shitty stock 80mm fan with a NF-R8 Redux 1800 pwm which proberly did alot too )

just wanna see if i can get it quiter when comp is idle . never used low noise adapter just letting you know :)

will brand matter with the adapter ? getting a noctua one by itsef is a major pain but if it does matter ill go for it
