Removing Extra Ethernet Adapters

So I need help deleting these-

I only have one ethernet port, one wireless, and one bluetooth connection on my PC so I have no idea why there are so many. I just can't right click and delete them either. Help please.

Go to device manager and go to network adapters screen shot that and post it. Sometimes its from VM's on your pc and vpn's  for somereason it looks like some tap-win32 apt..
