Blender bugg [need help]

Okay, i have start to use blender templats, i like the consept, but mine got glitchy and i dont know what i did wrong, so you bleder-pros plis say what i need to do beacuse im a blender-noob  [sry for bad english]

 

BTW her ei have uplodet the glitchy intro so you can see what is wrong

lower the light emitter on the text

 

or maybe turn down the bloom in post processes

Just reduce the exposure under color management
