Games crashing on loading???

Hey all,

 

Every so often and when i say this i mean very rarely when loading up games, the screen will go black and i have to ctrl alt del and close it via task manager or alt tab and close it. Sometimes it's so bad i have to turn my PC off and reboot. Only seems to happen with CSGO and ive verified the game cache about 5 times. Happened occasionally with the division but seems fine now touchwood. I have a 970 (check below for more specs) and a 500w psu, a 500w psu was the minimum, this wouldn't be causing it would it?

 

Do any of you know why? Or what might be causing the problem?
