Cheapest GPU for ark survival?

I need to run it on high settings at 1080P at like 20FPS but I want to spend the least amount possible. Or will it run like that on a GTX 480? I am OK buying used by the way.

You're really considering getting a GTX 480 to run Ark at high. Y'know the 480 is weaker than a 960.

Just suffer through with medium settings. The game is optimized like complete fucking trash.
