http://www.amazon.co.uk/DESKTOP-COMPUTER-Galaxy-Bubble-Windows/dp/B005IDO352/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1459598870&sr=8-5&keywords=computer+case+galaxy this is my case and  I got a prebuilt pc and as soon as i got it the side panel lights never worked and neither did the fan i've tried putting the 4 pin cable with the wires into a 4 pin receiver cable but it doesnt work is there any way any of you could help me? thanks :D

By 4-pin I assume you mean Molex, and I'm assuming what you said means that you made sure that the molex cable is plugged into the PSU? Can you post some pictures so we know exactly what you're looking at?

Otherwise they could just be DOA (however I find that unlikely).

Ok, so the side panel fan and the LEDs are all wired into a SATA connector, and then that is plugged into a SATA to Molex adapter?

If that is the case, try removing the SATA to Molex adapter and plugging them into a SATA power cable from the PSU.
