Help with Digital Design/Gaming PC

Hello, a friend needs a PC for digital design, but that will also be good for gaming. She needs to run CAD, Adobe products, and render stuff well, and it should support two monitors. The budget is around $2.5k US, though less would probably be better. The college has a PC available but its terrible, so we were looking to make a better custom one. Also the less maintenance necessary the better. It should be able to run intensive games well enough, but it should be geared mainly towards digital design.

Here's the link with what I've come up with so far. https://pcpartpicker.com/user/accelbread/saved/#view=X8CG3C

Also I need help with the motherboard as the one there was the only one I could find that supported ecc and registered memory, which I figure would be good since the college's PC has it.

I'd really appreciate any help with this, thanks!
