I'd go with the Define R4 something about the 650D just bugs me.
If you're getting the black or white one computerlounge has them for $200 with the grey at $220

I dont like the define or the 650d. I think the define is too bland and the 650D bugs me out as well.

Fractal arc in my opinion, you get the sexy looks and great cooling paired with it. The sound difference is very small. as well.

to me personally, im not all about "has to be silent optimized" just as long as it doesnt sound like a jet taking off outside its fine..

i was wanting to get into some water cooling maybe in the future, what case would be better optimized for that if i was to buy it now with that intention?

I'm a fan of gelids, I've got several in my system and they're near silent, techworld is the only place that I know stocks them. They're available as pwm or molex powered for what ever you prefer.

If your doing watercooling then its easier in the arc, the fractal cases use the same white fans, they are decent(140mm i think). The fans are basically silent and unless you are using a blower style fan for the gpu then you dont really need to have a silent case.

Btw do you have an opinion on the corsair 600t case as im my opinion its superior to both, for ultimate temps the Nzxt phantom series is the best but i know that not everyone likes them as the front is plastic, i dont really care as the case looks nice, you can clean it without finger print problems and you will get better temps which in the end you ill care about much more.

What are the rest of the parts? You haven't mentioned anything about a color scheme.

thats because i dont really know, the ram i can get to suite, but the mobo is black same as the gpu, so its what ever fits in with that and the black case, probably red or white

Well there are other mobos you can choose from for color accents. It's not like you bought it already. Did you?

I would still like a list of parts.

Alright. How's this look? http://nz.pcpartpicker.com/p/1FGd2

Add extra 140mm's to front and bottom for 2 front and 1 each for bottom and rear.

Replace Evo's stock fans with Gelids in push/pull. (A bit more for underglow of blue than cooling but I guess this means the fans can be very slow and quiet while still cooling.)

8320 because it's cheaper and the 8350 is just a higher binned 8320 anyway. It won't make much of a difference without better cooling and a better oc'ing mobo.

Crossfire ready.

More of a full black build with just a bit of blue accent lightng.

let me guess, sickle flows? blue led? :P

Nah--went with Gelids since they were actually cheaper. They were both $15.

Here in the US, Sickleflows are about half the price of the Gelids.

since my total build is going to be less then 2000, sorta my price point.. do you think i could add a h100i ? would only be an extra 140 then i could put uv blue gelids on that for intake, with a white exhaust fan at the rear and 2 of something else in the front?

If you added a h100i, you'd want to bump up to a 8350 and a better mobo to oc.

Basically, not worth the extra money for you needs.
