So ok I'm having an developing issues here

so i live in Dallas and it gets REALLY REALLY HOT during the summer i'm talking a typical day is in the 90s PLUS humidity some days even breaking the 100 mark and it's April and we're already breaking high 80s pretty soon the 90s and obviously as we are we are pc gamers and I pc game (except if i am currently on a vacation or at camp during the summer) but anyways the heat sucks and the pc blows heats MY ROOM GET FREAKING HOT but I have air conditioning on my part but here is the problem if my temperature is 69 or below IM FREEZING COLD keep in mind that i'm 120 pounds and due to type 1 diabetes and a fast metabolism I CAN'T GAIN WEIGHT and any temperature I swear it as precise by degrees 70 or up I'm literally sweating bullets like my whole back perpetrates and bare in mind my pc is on a water cooling loops, full fans, overclocked and everything and I can't just get a coat we literally use them for like 2 weeks in February (that's the coolest month in Dallas btw) then we completely bury them in boxes in the garage so it's not like I can just pull it out and blast my AC which even if I could do that my parents probably would complain of either a more expensive power bill or my sister would compliant she's cold (my AC controller thingy controls my room and my sister's and yes I have a drake and josh attic room but the attic hole can barely fit anyone or anything) so what should I do and by what should i do is what should I do some i'm not so damn cold. I could try a box fan near my computer (but that would be loud) I could try wearing a hoodie (but based on my dumb body i could likely get hot)
