Why is Sli scaling so bad ? And who is to blame nvdia or game devs ? 

I no ur not gona get 100 percent scaling but when both cards are getting 99 percent usage why is the fps scaling so bad for so much more raw power ??

Because its hard to split the render pipeline over two gpus especially when a lot of modern games use data from previous frames and have long rendering pipelines as it is
