I figured it out on my own. It turns out you had to be logged in. My order is now confirmed and on the way soon.

I was planning to buy the WAN show hoodie from NCIX because they seem to be the only ones to be able to ship to Sweden. I tried to buy it but nothing happened. No money was drawn from my account I just came to a "sign up" page. I used the "international checkout" button when I checked out. Was that the problem or was it something else? How do I fix it?
