Intel Iris Graphics DirectX12 Testing

Hello,

 

According to this Intel presentation DirectX12 should boost Intel Integrated Graphics performance dramatically.

The only DX12 test that i'm aware of is 3DMark API Overhead Test, but it's not included to the free Basic Edition.

Also, i couldn't find any testing results on the Internet.

 

Can someone help me with that? Maybe someone with 3DMark licence can test it on Intel Iris 5100 GPU?

Intel iGPUs don't work well with Tessellation so expecting them to be used for gaming is a big if

I can run it on my laptop, i3 5157U with Iris 5100. I have 3DMark.

Actually, you have a Iris 6100, but still, won't be much a difference between 5100 and 6100 boost i think

Typo, 5xxx series cpu, typed 5xxx series gpu without thinking  ty for pointing it out

I find it odd how DX11 multi is slower than DX11 single, perhaps the extra cou usage throttles something.

 

I noticed the gpu usage was not 100% in any run except for DX12 where it was 100% the entire run.

I see the same results at my iris 5100 iGPU - DX11 multi is slower than single, but only a bit.

Very interested in new Iris 580 (top Skylake iGPU) results also. And how it compares to Iris P580 on Xeon E3 v5
