I there anyway to record audio or video from an android phone and output it to a server in or near real time? I am using a LG G3 with CM13.

I don't want to record the screen, I want to record from the camera and then immediately output it to the internet so the phone cant be taken and the video deleted. I have recently had bouts with my local police department and I had several videos of harassment forcibly deleted from my phone and I am trying to stop that.
