Windows 10, Ethernet Not Working.

So I just put my pc together, and just installed a clean copy of windows 10 pro 64 bit. I plugged in my ethernet cable and it is not allowing me to get online. Also windows isnt showing me my other hard drive, if anyone has any knowledge on either it of these it is much appreciated.

You probably need to install your LAN drivers from the motherboard manufacturer website. A clean windows 10 install for me last week did not detect my lan ports at all.

If you launch device manager you can look and see what other hardware devices are missing drivers.

This may be the cause of not seeing the other drive as well if your chip set driver is not installed properly.

Does the second hard drive show up in BIOS? If so then you are missing drivers in windows. If it doesn't show up in BIOS then it is not connected properly to the motherboard itself.
