Super easy I have done it twice using Macrium reflect to clone my HDD to an SSD then onto another better SSD a little while later without having any problems. I made sure to make backups at every point just in case as there can be issues when you clone a drive.

Well I wouldn't want to clone all data, just the OS to the SSD and keep everything else on the hard drive
