What is your CPU? Regardless I don't think the board supports OC. You'll need to get a Z model.

Just try it, i can oc my 4790k with an H97 board, but can't change voltage though

U can OC pentiums on pretty much any mobo.

Even on a low budget you can find some cheap Z170's
