Dedicated Game Server PC

Hello everyone!

 

I'm planning to build my own 24/7 Dedicated Game Server PC. I'm looking to be able to run CSGO, GMod, ARK and Minecraft servers - max 12 people at a time. I'm trying to keep the cost low, and I'm only going to be running one game server at a time, so I don't need the most powerful machine. It'll be running Ubuntu Server 15.04. To save money, I was planning to use an old 1Tb HDD 7200rpm and an old 130W PSU.

 

Here's all the other parts I've picked on pcpartpicker. I changed all the stores to Mwave, because they are close enough for pickup, removing any shipping costs.

My main questions are whether all the parts are compatible, powerful enough for the servers I want to run, and if it'll be quiet enough to keep out in an apartment 24/7.

For $426 you could buy a used/refurbished server off Ebay and get a much better value for your money..

I would buy a used server from eBay, they might be big so have a room to put them in.
