I7 3770K users?

So I'm 12 and I've assembled this rig, it's gtx 970 and i7 3770k, and most of the game I can get 1080p60fps, and I'm curious if any 3770k users are out there, can you tell me the performance of the cpu? I currently have it overclocked to 4.4Ghz, I just wanna know how ur cpus are doing.

I'm new to this forum, and I don't really know how this works, so please go easy on me, I'm a noob :)

4.4ghz is good for air. what are your temps like? if they are cool you can likely go higher

yeah, max is around 79 to 83, the cooler got some dust inside, and I don't really wanna push it too hard since it's used and it's my first build

4.4 is good on air. I have left mine at 4.3 on water because the temps skyrocket at 4.4 (load temps jump 30c between 4.3 and 4.4). I am moving next week so have to drain my loop and I'm strongly tempted to pull the cpu out and delid it to see if I can get more out of the old fella without pushing stupid temperatures.

P.S. kudos on having a rig like that at 12. When I was that age, I had a 66MHz PC with 8MB of RAM and a 120MB hdd! .... yes I'm old :'(

yeah I'm very lucky :) My family is not rich but my dad design servers and he used to be a pc gamer so he kinda supported/pushed me with my whole "PCMR" thing... I'm thankful tho I don't wanna be playing on a ps4 or xbox one... not that they aren't great, mind you

no, keep it at 4.4 and try lovering the voltage 0.01 at a time until it becomes unstable. then add 0.01 and it should be stable

I only use the turbo boost. I change the multiplier some times. Don't really mess with it as I doubt it will do much for me. Just put my system under water so I kinda wanted to do a real over clock but not sure where to start anymore.
