Issues with The Division, need input!

hey all,

I've been playing the division now for a few days, and noticing some concerning things. I am having trouble getting the game to play smoothly. I do have some older hardware, which I feel may be the driving issue. However, I want to see if you guys had better input as to why I'm seeing certain problems.

they stem from: Audio mixing issues, textures loading slowly, enemies not materialized on the map until they finally load, long load times.
