it is still a LGA1151 16 PCIe lanes for x16 slots (x8x8)

and the chipset can only use 1 x4 device or the throughput will degrade.

 

only way to run what your looking to use is a 5820k, 5930k, or 5960x LGA 2011-3 (X99)
