So, recently I've been having trouble with my PC. After being off for about 12 hours, when you push the power button, only the GPU and I think the CPU turn on, and they go on turbo power. What I then have to do is switch off my power supply and and switch it back on again. I got a new PSU thinking it was that but that didn't solve it. I'm thinking its my motherboard thats having the issue. So my question is what is a good intel motherboard to get under $200?

If you think my diagnosis is incorrect, please give me your opinion.

Thanks!

Socket LGA1150

Anything Asus Z97 is what I would recommend if you want to overclock. Good BIOS, and well, a Z series chipset :)

Edit:

Ive begun to give reasons for when I recommend a product to someone on the forum, so people stop calling me an NVIDIA and Asus and Intel fanboy etc.
