Hello i would like to know what are the minimum pc requirements for a home server pc. This pc will be used for a website.

They do web servers for $5 a month, really fast and reliable for anything you should need.

I would also pay for shared hosting, even Namecheap has $5/m plans if I recall correctly and that's cheaper than the energy cost and startup cost spread out over 5 years. But a simple webhost can be ran off your personal desktop or an old Core2Duo depending on the volume you're expecting and content you're hosting.
