I am having an issue with my bluetooth Wacom Companion Keyboard. Occasionally it will hang on a key press that I made for a few seconds resulting in 15 of the same letter in a body of text or a getting stuck moving in a specific direction when playing a game. I've asked the keyboard, the usb bluetooth dongle manufacturer, and Windows about the issue and got the same reply that I should check that the drivers are up to date, the batteries are charged, and that there arent any major obstructions between the dongle and the keyboard. Everything is fine! The dongle is less than a foot away even. Does anyone have an idea as to what is causing this problem?

P.S. - I know getting a wired keyboard would be most peoples reaction and suggestion but I have limited desk space with a Wacom Cintiq taking up most of my desk real estate directly in front of me so a small nimble keyboard is the only ergonomic solution to my current set up since it has to be placed off to the side of the display.

I'd just get a new keyboard. Not worth the trouble IMO
