Hi all in Linus Tech Tips Community,

Been watching the Channel for years on YouTube and loving. Wondering could the team do a show on tips for buying 360 Camera. I work as a Teacher in a secondary school and have always had an interest in photography. These new 360 cameras and camcorders look incredible and I was looking at buying a good high quality one except where I am in Ireland, they are not available in shops. Could Linus and the team please examine the best 360 video cameras at each different price point? I would be looking to incorporate it into my teaching for certain media related project work. In the long term, I would love to try a project creating a virtual tour like  http://www.mountvernon.org/site/virtual-tour/

Thanks again

David

Nikon has just announced what might be a good model.  Mind you none of these have DSLR size sensors otherwise they would cost a fortune.  Though I guess two DSLR back to back with 180 degree fisheye lenses might do the trick.
