Firewall deactivating with PC start

I got Kaspersky Internet Security (The Full Version) and i got the problem that the Windows and Kaspersky Firewall is deactivated when i start the Pc, when i manually turn on the Kaspersky Firewall its stays on until i restart the PC.

Its kinda weird because at the beginning of using Kaspersky i didnt had this problem. All my PC Firewall and anti virus stuff is managed by Kaspersky.

 

What should i do? I dont think its something like i virus because my PC acts completly normal and which virus would deactivate my Firewall at Pc startup and let me activate it again ...

Firstly you shouldnt be running 2 Firewalls just as you know. And Kaspersky starts when you pc starts right? If not make it so it does because the program have to be running for it to work. And theres most probbaly a setting in Kaspersky so you can start it at boot. Look after it.
