Upgrading my KB&M (Maybe?)

I'm feeling quite complacent with my peripherals at the moment. Currently I'm using a Steelseries Kinzu with a Logitech MK320, both have served me well since I got them last Easter (not had to replace the batteries once on the MK320!). However, I'm feeling somewhat limited - the mouse only has 3 (4 including the DPI boost) buttons and I'm not enjoying my time on GW2 having to either click on my 7-0 skills or move my hand uncomfortably to reach them.

My original idea was to keep the keyboard as I don't have any issue with it other than GW2 skills, and get the Razer Orbweaver Linus unboxed recently and get a R.A.T. 5. Though I wanted to post on hear and get some suggestions/feedback before I drop £150 on something I might not even be comfortable with.

I basically just want any good/bad experiences anyone has had with either the Orbweaver or R.A.T. 5 and any better suggestions they have for my use?

For an idea of what I do; I play GW2 a lot, Audiosurf a lot Dota 2 occasionally, use 3D modelling software and Photoshop for university work.
