server build not posting dell r410

Ok i need some tips and or help, i am a noob at servers and am recently trying to through a dell r410 server together just for fun and know how.

it will not post or even  get to bios i get a green light on the motherboard and a amber on the status led. the small front io screen will power up orange  

but wont give me an error message.(also the led for the power button wont light up )

 

im thinking it may be bad ram or mb but it coud be just a pressure switch or cable im missing 

any help is much appreciated
