Mouse acceleration in source games?

In portal 2 and left 4 dead 2 I notice MAJOR mouse acceleration problems, even with it disable, it just goes all over the place and I can't seem to get rid of it. It does however seem to be linked with my mouse, which is a Corsair Sabre. I tried with this old dell mouse I had and it worked fine, but I want to use my Sabre. Does anyone know what could be causing this issue?
