I use my PC for gaming (far cry 4, fallout 4, lol, gtav, and csgo), and some editing in After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Here is my setup so far:

CPU: i7-4790k NO OC

CPU Cooler: Hyper 212 Evo

Mobo: MSI H87-G43 (this is ancient and doesn't allow OC)

GPU: Asus Strix GTX 950 2GB (just got this so I can't upgrade this yet)

PSU: Thermaltake tr2 650w (old version with no modular cable or efficiency rating)

RAM: 16 GB DDR3 1600 mHz

Storage: 1x 1 TB WD Blue (Actual Storage), 1x 120 GB OCZ Trion 100 (OS)

Mouse: Generic Mouse (I don't care for gaming mice or fancy sensors)

Keyboard: Logitech G710 (the blue one with blue switches, no +)

Monitor: 1x 24" 1080p LG monitor, I don't remember the model

1x 15-20" 1280x1024 (IDK WHAT "p" that is) It's a REALLY old monitor, not like tan color but just kinda thick and bulky

Headset: G430

Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro

Tell me if I'm missing somethingxD

Maybe the motherboard if you want to overclock, if not then maybe your power supply. Since your not looking to upgrade your gpu I wouldn't bother with a better monitor as long as the 24 inch your using is 1080p.

Oh snap I should put the resolutions in there as well, thanks for the reply btw

Either the motherboard or power supply then. Picking up a z97 motherboard would allow you to overclock your processor and would probably give you a few more options. A better power supply would give you energy efficiency, modularity, and something that is somewhat future-proof(I hate that word), but it is applicable. A really good power supply can last a long time a sometimes a couple of builds.
