BIOS freezes on startup

 Today I restarted my PC, and now it doesn't seem to get past the boot screen. I've tried pressing buttons, and the only ones that seem to work are the post screen and q flash.

 

I haven't made any hardware changes in ages, not installed any software or anything like that. To my knowledge no windows updates were installed. I have also tried booting without anything plugged in.

 

Does anyone have any idea what's gone wrong? I'm kinda guessing something needs replacing, but I can't work out what.

 

I've tried to upload images, but don't know if they've worked
