Canon 550d flash

i don't have all the money in the world, but i thought this would be a good starting off flash to get.

Either that or Yongnuo works.  You don't always need the Canon brand ones.

I mean you don't need the ones made by Canon.  Third party ones are enough for someone to start learning flash photography.
