I have a gtx 780 and a gtx 760 running 3 monitors. The 760 is running the two outer monitors, however it is producing artifacts on videos/fast moving images, etc. I know the GPU is fine because I thought the GPU was bad, so I sent it back to EVGA and they replaced it, however the issue is still there. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Here is a quick example of what's happening: https://youtu.be/EV0rsapBA74

And it does the same on both outer monitors, one is hdmi, one is dvi, and it occurs at the top left corner.

have you tried changing your hdmi and dvi to see if it could be wires? also have you tried it on other displays? it could be a bad or corrupt drivers. so you should try to eliminate these things so you can pinpoint the problem.
