Don't get the 6600K, get the 4960K for the same performance at $100 cheaper. For the power supply, you don't need that much power. 400W PSU will work. Not sure if the H100i fits in your case too. Also I would recommend the R9 390 over the 970 but if you want Nvidia go ahead but get a cheaper 970, you can get one for $300-$350,

lol no, EVGA, Seasonic and XFX are the stuff, this one is really good but  a bit too expensive, get a 750W G2 from EVGA.

seasonic makes corsairs psu's.
