EDIT: Can someone also give a good Power Supply that will fit my case?

So today I got an old pc from my school because they were upgrading these ones to new ones.

It is a dell optiplex 760 and a 1680x1050 monitor.

The specs of the pc:

Intel core 2 quad q8200 2.3GHz

2x2GB ddr2 ram 800MHz

Integrated graphics: Intel q45/q43 express chipset (according to gpu-z)

250GB hdd 7200rpm

My current pc is waaaaay better than this, but I want to add a cheap gpu to this pc to SOLELY play Counter Strike: Global Offensive.

My BUDGET is 10-20 euro's because I don't want to spend much (I am buying from THE NETHERLANDS)

I am going to buy a USED gpu because that's cheaper.

I was thinking about the gt 9600 voor 15 euro's

I also have a problem:

I already opened it up (finding a lot of dust :/) and I saw there is no PCI-E connector from the PSU.

Are there any GPU's that can run off of the motherboard, or do I need to buy a new PSU?

Any help would be appreciated :)

i am not ever sure if a gpu for that price is worth it tbh

As I said I want a used gpu. I was thinking about the gt 9600 that sells for about 10-15 euro's and it performce pretty well in CSGO.

I ONLY want to play csgo because I have another pc for other games. This pc will be used for going to friends

Well if you're satisfied with the gpu's performance then go for it I guess

I'm also wondering if there is a gpu that can pull power off of the motherboard, because I have to upgrade the PSU too if I want the 9600.

And if I have to change my PSU (which I have too) Can someone reccomend a good one?

Probably almost none will fit in this case as it's a weird cube, but there might be any

I know that some versions of the 750ti dont need external power. But I'm not that knowledgable in older gpus so I can't help you there
